How does Sen Mairu Deliver your purchases?

We deliver Worldwide for all of our products. We use multiple methods of logistics from DHL to FEDEX to UPS to local GDEX depending on the location of our customers.

Depending on the location, shipping rates will apply accordingly.

These are the types of logistics we will use according to our customers location:
Malaysia - GDEXpress (Express) within P. Malaysia and Domestic Registered Parcel by Pos Malaysia (East Malaysia)
Worldwide- Singpost EMS (Express) , FEDEX (Express), UPS (Express) , TNT (Economy Express), DHL (Express)*
*whichever is more economical

ETA of Items
GDEXpress - 1 to 2 Working Days (Unless Remote Area which may take longer, Check HERE)
Domestic Registered Parcel - Up to 14 Working Days
Singpost - 1 to 2 Working Days to Singapore
FEDEX/UPS - 3 to 5 Working Days to Worldwide
DHL - 3 to 6 Working Days to Australia

UPGRADE Shipping (East Malaysia)
If you are located in East Malaysia and want a faster shipping solution. Select the Express Shipping Option. We will UPGRADE your shipping to express which will take 1-2 Working days to arrive. There would be charges apply.

Free Shipping is currently ONLY available in Malaysia*
*For Non-Oversize items only, ie. less than 60cm in either dimension

Shipping Rates for Pre-Order Items
Items that are not available yet or Pre-Order items would have their shipping charges applied upon the arrival of the item. 
If quoted upon Pre-Order, that amount would be the final amount for the shipping.

How do we handle your items?
We are collectors ourselves and we do want our items to reach us in great and pristine condition. We usually would bubble wrap the item and protect it with a layer of dual-layer carton box to ensure minor dents can be prevented. The bubblewrap acts as a water proof layer in case of heavy rain or warehouse water leakage as we wrap the item pretty much entirely with bubblewrap. (Bubblewrap can only apply to smaller items)

Special Request
Items like statues and figures can be inspected on our side before ship to detect any major forms of defects. If there is any major forms of defect before we ship the item, we would replace the item then.

Refunds & Exchange
We would recommend that all items purchased to be inspected to avoid any defects claim. Once the item is shipped out, we cant gurantee that it would have a refund or it can be exchanged.

Box Conditions
All items are packed professionally, if in a event the box is damage before we ship it, we would inform about the damages. If the box is damage during the transit, there would not be any compensation provided as we cant insured box condition with logistic company.
